just launched its sister site Soap.com, which sells health, beauty and household essentials. They’ve switched up the referral promo a bit, so that now first-time Diapers.com/Soap.com customers save 15% off their total order with code BCHEAP.
Both stores share the same cart, so any referral credit you have at Diapers.com can be used at Soap.com as well. The 15% off code works on anything at either store–INCLUDING items that are usually excluded from coupons, like Ergo Carriers, Baby Jogger Citi Mini, etc.
But wait, there’s more! Spend $75 or more and you can also get a free subscription to Parenting, or a $10 rebate (see site for details).
I got this message when I tried to use it : Only one New Customer Discount may be used per household. You or someone in your household/Address already used this discount.
That means you’ve already used a new customer code, if not this one, then another. Or at least the Diapers.com server thinks you have. If you haven’t, try calling Diapers.com, and they should be able to help you. Diapers.com has great customer service.
When does the code expire?
I would love to shop at diapers.com using these great coupon codes, but I get so frustrated with them for only making them for new customers! How many new customers can they get?? Don’t they want to keep the customers they already have?
Has anyone found a way around this or found some coupon codes for returning customers?
You can use coupon code soapishere, which gives a 20% discount at soap.com for returning customers. It expires July 22, so you gotta hurry.

Yes, I got the same message and I don’t remember ordering anything from them before, but maybe I did and just forget. Anyway, I just put my mom’s name and address in and used my credit card info. It did flag it for Fraud Protection but I just had to call and tell them it was me and they sent it on through. Great customer service! I saved $60 on a baby jogger double

I have ordered from Diapers.com before, but not Soap.com – it still gave me the “you’re not a new customer” message. I’m tired of companies rewarding customers when they join their company and not rewarding those that stick with them. It’s backwards, if you ask me….
Yeah. You have to be a new customer at both stores. Google “soap.com coupon” to pull up any coupons for existing customers that may be out there.
