I have so enjoyed your blog and so appreciative of your tips, advice and information.
Regarding “saving” on sales tax from purchases from out of state/Amazon: our CPA told us that for our state (CA), we are required by law to report these purchases (for which we did not pay sales tax) on our state income tax return and pay the calculated sales tax amount with our state income tax. CA may become more strict on enforcing this, especially considering huge deficits in our state budget.
Perhaps this has been mentioned already. FYI.
